Participating in clubs give you the opportunity to meet a diverse population of people that allow you to expand your thinking and interest! Develop skills in our Academic Clubs or dance the night away in our Cultural Clubs that perform during Multicultural or build up that college app with community service opportunities from our Service Clubs! ~Academic Clubs~

Academic clubs are organizations that group like-minded students together. While students do much of the planning, organizing and activities, an academic adviser, usually a professor, oversees academic clubs.

~Cultural Clubs~

A Cultural / Performing club is a club dedicated to spreading awareness, understanding, and appreciation of a particular culture, its people, diversity, and values. At Overfelt Cultural / Performing clubs perform their traditional dances at our Multicultural event to showcase the amazing backgrounds in the WCO community.

~Enrichment Clubs~

Enrichment clubs are are designed to provide a structured opportunity for students to try new things and explore and develop interests outside of the classroom. These clubs provide an array skills and experiences to students that would not be able to obtain these otherwise. 

~Service Clubs~

A service club or service organization is a voluntary nonprofit organization where members meet regularly to perform charitable works either by direct hands-on efforts or by raising money for other organizations.

~Social Justice Clubs~

A Social Justice Club is an organization for students dedicated to providing opportunities for students to learn more about particular issues that affect the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in the local communities. It involves work done on and off campus, to develop a deeper understanding social issues that ignites activism!
